Welcome to the New Year We would like to thank all of our customers for their business in 2013 and wish you all a very happy new year! Also, please call us if your aerial has been damaged in the recent bad weather. In some cases your ‘Home Contents Insurance’ should be able to reimburse you for the cost of any damages. Another sign of damage to your aerial is if you notice a white powdery substance on the aerial plug going into you TV. This is an indication of the presence of water in the coax lead from the aerial or you may have even noticed water coming out of the lead itself. Either way you need it to be sorted out. Even if you have perfect pictures, maybe you and your family can’t decide on which channel to watch and you want to send your kids to another room, we can help by installing extra TV points for you.

I would like to mention to our posible new customers that we are a local company offering a  service within a 25 mile radius of Sutton Bridge (PE12). I have a great knowledge of our locality  and because all our aerials systems are installed and aligned with a digital signal strength  meter we can instinctively tell what sort of aerial system you will need.  Also I have relevant qualifications in electronic engineering with City & Guilds 224, electrical  installation City & Guilds 236 and a CAI (Confederation of Aerial Industries) Certificate for the  installation of IRS (Integrated Reception Systems). So please rest assured you ‘are’ in capable  hands. We offer a friendly, professional and competitive service. In most cases we can offer you a  ‘same day’ or ‘next day’ appointment. I would just like to add that we are NOT a member of the CAI (Confederation of Aerial  Industries) However, this does not mean that we are or ever have been excluded in any way  from joining the CAI, or are not qualified enough to join the CAI or that we don’t offer the same  high standard of workmanship as any CAI Registered Company. It just means that you will not  have to pay a premium for us to install the same or a similar aerial system as a CAI registered  company! A typical aerial installation includes: A digital compatible aerial (compliant to CAI Benchmark Standards) Hot dipped galvanised bracketry Steel or Aluminium Mast High quality co-axial cable to one point Aerial aligned using a digital signal meter Ready for Analogue switch-off Labour and Parts are all guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation*
